Our senior management team has over 85 years combined experience in commercial real estate in South East Queensland. We have extensive and long standing relationships in the industry and a deep knowledge of Capital Markets, Asset Management, Funds Management, Leasing and Value Add Investment.

Tom Phipps

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Tom founded Navigator Property Group after a 25-year career in Brisbane commercial real estate. He has held senior positions at global firms across the following key disciplines, Leasing, Asset Management, Development Management, Funds Management and Capital Markets.

In his previous role as Senior Director of the CBRE Capital Markets Team, Tom closed over $5 Billion in Capital Transactions including some of Queensland’s largest commercial office deals.

Tom’s long-standing relationships with senior decision makers within on and offshore REIT’s, Wholesale Funds and Super Funds give Navigator a competitive advantage in sourcing and securing deep value off market deals. Tom is responsible for deal origination, capital raising and asset strategy at Navigator.

Ken Neufeld

HEAD OF ASSET MANAGEMENT

Ken is one of Queensland’s most experienced Asset Managers and brings 35-years of Brisbane commercial real estate experience to Navigator Property Group. Commencing his career at AMP in 1990, Ken has managed some of Queensland’s best known office towers including Waterfront Place, Blue Tower and Gold Tower. Key career disciplines include, Asset Management, Leasing, Refurbishment Programs and Investment Management. Ken specialises in implementing effective leasing, capital works and tenant engagement strategies which lead to financial outperformance.

He has delivered in excess of $450M in refurbishment programs to major office towers and closed over 800,000sqm of leasing transactions. Ken’s ability to add-value through strategic asset management gives Navigator a competitive edge when growing net operating income and ultimately driving capital growth in our assets. Ken is responsible for leasing, asset management and capital expenditure projects at Navigator.

Andrew Broadhurst CA

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Andrew brings more than 25 years of senior experience managing the finances of some of the world’s best-known companies including Macquarie Group, the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and Fairfax Media. As CFO, Andrew is responsible for accounting, banking and debt finance functions for Navigator and the entities that Navigator manages on behalf of investors. Andrew ensures our investments are modelled for risk, that our data is pristine, and our forecasts and reporting are accurate and reliable.
